The Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority owns and manages the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.
Our primary tenants are the executive and legislative branches of government for the City of Detroit, Wayne County’s Third Judicial Circuit and Probate Counts and the Clerks for the City of Detroit and County of Wayne. From a management perspective the security and welfare of the elected officials, tenants, employees and visitors to the Center is our highest priority.
